We are a group of five youth innovators with a passion for social change, generously backed by Youthful Cities and their sponsors. Our wide breadth of experiences include the theatre arts and improv, legal research, mental health outreach, marketing, youth education, and work with the Ministry of Labour.

We share a common story that drives us; we have all had negative experiences as teenagers navigating our first jobs. YoungWorks is an initiative designed to use interactive roleplays to help youth aged 14-17 in the GTA bridge the knowledge gap of workers rights, empowering them to communicate their needs and shape just workplaces for themselves. Together, we hope to create brighter futures for young workers in the GTA today!
