If you’ve worked at a company for more than three months and you haven’t severely misbehaved at work, you are owed when fired either:

1. Advance notice of your termination

2. Termination pay

The amount of termination pay or weeks in advance of a notice you receive depends on how long you worked there. If you do not receive either, report your workplace to the ESA here. Remember, you have two years to file a complaint!
