Does your manager regularly perform a significant chunk of the same type of work that employees who receive tips perform (ex. waiting tables)? If so, they are entitled to be part of the tip pool! If not, those tips are to be shared among the employees only. Don’t allow them to guilt-trip you out of your hard-earned money.
